We try to take the hassle out of making a new appointment by helping you out as much as we can. When you come to the office for the first time, you’ll need to fill out brief paperwork about your insurance and medical history, including any medications you are currently taking. To save time, you can download and print the forms from our site and have them ready to go upon arrival.

If you are scheduling your first visit for a cleaning and checkup, you will be with our hygienist first before having an evaluation completed. Typically, x-rays are taken at this visit; the amount of x-rays taken varies based on whether or not you have been to the practice before, how long it’s been since your last checkup, and whether you have any specific areas that are hurting. Don’t worry – we use the smallest focused dose of radiation necessary and a lead apron will limit your exposure.

Our office is located at 733 Pierremont Rd, right next to Walgreens and making us one of the most conveniently-located Shreveport-Bossier dentists. Free parking is available in front of the office.
